BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
Participation in DCAHRM/RAHRA shall be open to those individuals within companies, firms, or associations located in DeKalb and Ogle Counties and the surrounding area having a legitimate professional interest in the field of human resource and/or business management.
Monthly Programs: Focus on important current issues and topics pertinent to companies and the HR professional. Programs are conducted in a luncheon setting with a guest speaker.
Networking Opportunities: The monthly meetings and seminar provide members with an opportunity to meet other area HR professionals and to share human resource successes, struggles, and concerns.
Active participation by DCAHRM enhances our organization, builds networks and contributes to personal and professional development. We strongly urge members to be active participants in the organization.
