About DCAHRM/RAHRA
DCAHRM/RAHRA is a local non-profit organization designed to enhance and support the development of human resource professionals in the DeKalb County Illinois area.
DCAHRM/RAHRA’s mission:
- Provide an opportunity to exchange information and network with other human resource professionals.
- Offer educational programs and information in the field of human resources.
- Promote a spirit of fellowship, cooperation, understanding and mutual confidence among members.
- Serve as a constructive influence in the field of human resources in DeKalb County.
Our membership includes practitioners in all human resource disciplines and professional levels. Industries represented include education, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, government, agricultural and more.
Membership in DCAHRM/RAHRA is also open to individuals in non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, as well as those providing consultative services.
DCAHRM/RAHRA welcomes student members who are preparing for a career in human resources.
